Interior Redesign
Initial Consultation
This is where it all starts. This is my opportunity to interview you and to find out what you like and don't like about your room(s). I'll ask you what's working and not working for you, who uses the space and how it is used. My goal is to find out what's important to you. I'll give you design tips as we tour the room(s) and at the end of our session, I'll leave you with a proposal to redesign the space and schedule the follow-up appointment for the redesign.
The Initial Consultation is $75 and lasts around an hour and a half.
Redesign
The actual redesign of a room will take a half day to a day for the Mais Oui! Redesign team to complete. When I write up the proposal at the initial consultation, I'll give you a firm price based on the size and contents of the room. I offer a multi-room discount, so it works to your benefit to have more than one room redesigned at a time. There's no need to worry about an hourly charge or about any surprise charges at the end of the job. The only surprise will be how great your room looks after we rearrange what you already own!
Room Redesigns range from $300 - $500 per room, with discounts given for multiple rooms redesigned at the same time.
The Mais Oui! team may bring in some nominal accessories (easels, greenery, etc.) that we feel will accentuate your redesigned room. These items will be available for purchase, if you choose, at the end of the redesign. My goal isn't to sell you "stuff" but rather to help give your room a finished look.
Some accessories may be made available at an additional cost above the room redesign fee.
Small Business Redesigns
My business career included working in large corporate and government settings, small and medium businesses, retail and sales settings, and home based businesses. If your small business needs a more welcoming and efficient look, my team can do a redesign for your business.
Small Business Redesign Consultation Fee is $75 per hour.

Staging Homes for Sale
Staging Consultation
Perception is value. The ideal time to call me for a staging consultation is before you call your real estate agent to do the competitive market analysis and before you list your house. I can help you make your house "model home" ready so that it sells quickly and for the best return on your investment. This staging consultation will involve a "walk through" from the front curb to the back yard with you and your real estate agent. I'll make recommendations for cleaning, repairs (though this isn't a home inspection), updating, getting a head start on your packing, and furniture rearrangement that will help you showcase your house's best features. And, if you decide you want additional help, I'll leave you with a proposal for the Mais Oui! Redesign team to do staging redesign work in your house.
The Staging Consultation for a house up to 2,800 sq. feet. is $125 and lasts around an hour and a half.
Each additional hour is $75.
Staging Redesign
Some homeowners choose to complete the entire checklist of recommendations made during the consultation on their own. Others choose to have the Mais Oui! Redesign team come in to do a staging redesign of their rooms. A staging redesign differs from a regular redesign in that we "depersonalize" the space to ensure that buyers can visualize moving their furniture and family into your house.

Prop rental is included for three weeks. A prop rental fee, agreed to at the end of the staging redesign, will be billed weekly after the initial three weeks.
Keep in mind that the cost of staging is usually less than your first price reduction! Also, check with your tax advisor, the staging fee may be a tax deductible expense for preparing your home for sale.
Color and General Decorating Consultations
Maybe you aren't ready to have us do an interior redesign yet, but want to brainstorm or ask questions regarding your furniture and its placement, lighting and accessories. Or maybe you need help determining an overall color scheme or selecting the right color paint for your walls. I utilize a complete Benjamin Moore paint color sample kit and can arrange for larger samples to be sent to you directly from the company.
A one and a half hour color/decorating consultation is $75.
Move In Services
The boxes are unpacked and you're trying to figure out how to merge "his" and "hers" or you've downsized or made your move to your dream home. If you want decorating help call us. We can arrange your furniture, artwork and accessories giving you a finished designer look while you explore your new neighborhood!

Organizing Services
While I specialize in interior redesign and home staging, I realize that some of my clients are organizationally challenged and would love help organizing their kitchen pantries, getting a handle on their paperwork or taming the chaos in their workrooms or storage areas.
A one and a half hour Initial Organizing Consultation is $75 with hourly fees of $50 per hour (2 hours minimum) for followup organizing and coaching.
Retainer and Package prices are available and will be agreed to at the Consultation.
Shopping for Accessories
If you don't have time or hate to shop, I'll pick up the lamps you need and/or keep my eyes open for the perfect artwork and accessories for your room.
Shopping services are $50 per hour.
Seasonal & Special Event Decorating
Christmas, New Years, Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries. All of these are exciting events, but if the thought of decorating is stressing you out, let Mais Oui! Redesign help with decorating for your party or holiday season.

Speaking Engagements
Looking for a speaker and program ideas for your church or community organization? Denise welcomes the opportunity to speak on a number of decorating topics.
No charge for not-for-profit groups.
Denise also welcomes the opportunity to speak to real estate offices about her staging and redesign services.
No charge for introductory/informational presentations.
Training - Professional Home Stager Seminar
If you have a knack for making homes look their best and want to be part of the emerging home staging industry, this class is for you! This two-day seminar will teach you the redesign principles unique to real estate staging, give you hands-on ideas for staging most homes in a day and will give you strategies for pricing your services. It includes a workbook, live fieldtrips to work with Denise to consult and stage a typical room as well as breakfast, lunch and snacks. Tuition includes the SDP Certification exam and your SDP membership will be upgraded to Certified Stager status after successful completion of the course and exam.
Tuition: $950 class fee ($500 deposit)
Real Estate Brokers - Ask me about doing a dedicated class for your office. With a guarantee of six participants, I'll offer a 10% discount.
Training - Professional Redesigner-Stager Seminar
This five-day training program will give you the confidence and knowledge that you need to being your own redesign and/or staging business. This class teaches you the redesign process, gives you hands-on experience in four homes and provides you with great marketing and business start up information. Tuition includes the SDP Certification exam and your SDP membership will be upgraded to Certified Redesigner and Certified Stager status after successful completion of the course and exam.
Tuition: $2,700 class fee ($500 deposit)

Payment Policies
Consultation fees are due at the consultation and redesign and staging redesign fees are due at the completion of the redesign work. Professional organzing fees are charged on a "pay-as-you-go" basis or as a retainer fee, to be agreed upon at the end of the preliminary consultation. Tuition for the classes requires a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your space, with the balance due two weeks prior to class.
