Our most popular class is a 5-day combination Professional Redesigner-Stager seminar which leads to dual SDP certification in both Interior Redesign and Home Staging (Membership in The SDP is required for certification).   Graduates of this class are also awarded Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as The SDP is an authorized provider of IACET CEUs.  Classes are scheduled in Greenville, North Carolina; Huntersville, North Carolina; Prattville, Alabama; Ashburn, VA; and Detroit, Michigan in 2009.

The Professional Home Stager Seminar

Our 3-day seminar will teach you the tips and techniques that Professional Home Stagers use to prepare homes to be market ready!

You’ll learn consultation tips, hands-on ideas for staging most homes in a day and pricing strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to practice what you learn in the classroom as you do a front curb to back fence consultation and stage a typical room with Denise on two interactive fieldtrips!  You also leave with business start up and marketing ideas!

About Your Instructor:

Denise Montgomery, is a charter member and Director of the Society of Decorating Professionals (The SDP) and holds national certifications in both Redesign and Staging. An SDP Certified Trainer, she offers fun and informative classes that are geared to adult creative learners. Denise’s passion is helping other women achieve their dream of operating their own successful decorating business. She moderated a panel of staging experts at the 2006 SDP National Education Conference in Erie, PA and presented “Redesign Your Writing” at the lunch and learn sessions at the 2007 SDP conference in Chicago. At the 2008 SDP conference, her conference session was titled “Golden Customer Service”. Her talents and expertise have been showcased in East Alabama Living, Flair, and Southern Views magazines as well as Central Alabama Business Journal.
