Redesign and Home Staging
We currently offer a two-day Professional Home Staging seminar which
leads to SDP certification for SDP members (or those who choose to join)
and a five-day combination Professional Redesigner-Stager seminar which
leads to dual SDP certification in both Interior Redesign and Home
Staging. Classes are scheduled in Greenville, North Carolina and in
Alabama (Auburn and Prattville/Montgomery).
Our two-day seminar will teach you the tips and techniques that Professional Home Stagers use to transform houses into Model Homes!
The seminar will teach you the redesign principles, secrets and strategies unique to Real Estate Staging. You'll learn consultation tips, hands-on ideas for staging most homes in a day and pricing strategies. You'll have the opportunity to practice what you learn in the classroom as you stage and consult a typical room with Denise on two interactive fieldtrips!

Tuition:
- $950 class fee
- Brokers - ask about a dedicated class for your office. With a guaranteed full class of six, I'll offer a 10% discount.

Our tagline says it all! This is our premiere course. This intensive
five-day class will teach you the foundations of interior redesign and
home staging. This fun and informative class will give you the
confidence and skills that you need to start your own business as an
interior redesign and/or home stager.

About Your Instructor:
Denise Montgomery, is a charter member of the Society of Decorating
Professionals (The SDP) and holds national certifications in both Redesign and
Staging. An SDP Certified Trainer, she offers fun and informative classes that
are geared to adult creative learners. Denise’s passion is helping other women
achieve their dream of operating their own successful decorating business. She
moderated a panel of staging experts at the 2006 SDP National Education
Conference in Erie, PA and presented “Redesign Your Writing” at the lunch and
learn sessions at the 2007 SDP conference in Chicago. Her talents and expertise
have been showcased in East Alabama Living, Flair, and Southern Views magazines
as well as Central Alabama Business Journal.
Redesign WordCoaching
Does your writing need a redesign? Denise is known as the Redesign
WordCoach and she is available to help you write or edit copy for your
website, brochure, ad, article, etc.
Fee: $50 per hour. Ask her about her package pricing for SDP
Certified Members.
Business and Marketing Coaching
Are you a redesigner/stager and need help taking your business to the
next level? Denise is available for phone consultations.
